1. Using Relay
Relay CRM is a MySQL-backed workspace for tracking customers,
employees, orders, inventory, tasks, planner events, notes,
attendance and workspace settings. Creating an account starts the
organisation setup wizard, which creates or completes an
organisation and workspace with unique organisation and workspace
IDs. An account may have more than one workspace. By creating an
account or using any part of Relay, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and access
Provide accurate sign-up, organisation and contact details, and
keep your password confidential. One email address can create only
one Relay account; do not create duplicate accounts or share
credentials. The account that creates a workspace is its Owner;
other users receive access only through workspace membership and
the role assigned to them. You may correct your name and email,
change your password and sign out from Profile. If you cannot sign
in, request a reset link from the sign-in page: it is emailed to the
address on your account, works once, and expires after 30 minutes.
Because passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, neither you nor
Relay staff can read or recover an existing password — a reset
replaces it with a new one. If the email does not arrive, contact an
administrator.
3. Your data and workspace boundaries
Customers, employees, orders, inventory, tasks, planner events,
notes, attendance marks, custom details, consent records and
workspace settings are stored in the application's MySQL database.
Every content row is stamped with a workspace identifier, and the
APIs scope reads and writes to the signed-in user's workspace
membership so one organisation or workspace cannot read another
one's data. Content records removed through the interface are
archived with a deletion timestamp rather than hard-deleted. An
Owner may permanently remove an empty workspace, but a workspace
that still contains data must be emptied first. Operational
diagnostic events are kept in the same database in sanitised form;
the current build does not send workspace content to advertising
or analytics networks.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Relay to store unlawful content, harass others, probe
or access data that is not yours, or interfere with another
workspace. API access is available to authenticated accounts and
your own tooling; requests must respect workspace membership,
same-origin protections and any applicable rate limits. Do not
attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another user or
submit secrets that should not be stored in Relay.
5. Availability & changes
We aim to keep Relay available, but the service is provided
"as is" without warranties of any kind. Features, dashboard
presets, retention behaviour and these terms may change; material
changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated"
date. The current build is a locally hosted application, so
availability also depends on the host and its database.
6. Your choices & contact
You can correct your name and email, change your password, sign
out, manage your consent choice and change workspace settings from
the interface. This build has no self-service account deletion;
an Owner may permanently remove an empty workspace, while a
workspace containing data must be emptied first. Contact us for a
